We are now taking 2023 pickup orders for our roasted prime rib!

Our prime rib roasts are slow roasted for up to 7 hours until medium rare. Roasts are prepared whole, boneless and on average weigh 14 pounds.

To reserve a roast, text or call us at 219-363-0910 by December 19th.

Roasts may be purchased as a whole for $200 or a half for $100, cash only. Pick up will be available Christmas Eve between 2:30-4:30pm CST at The Silver Palace.
