Planner Events is a Laredo-based wedding and event-designing planning company
created from the love of creating and attention to detail. We also work with a variety of vendors from around the state of Texas to bring the best to your events. Owner and lead designer Josh Morales started Mr.Planner Events after a creative journey
through the planning and preparation of many events. The “ I wish I had

” and “I
should’ve” coupled with a passion for all things industrial and creative ignited his desire to help
other brides & clients have their glamorous dream weddings. At Mr.Planner Events we strive at setting ourselves apart from the rest we welcome clients that are daring enough to entrust us with their vision and day. Questions : Should my five-year old flower girl sit at the head table with the rest of the wedding planner ?

Answer: Considering how young most of the flower girls and ring bearers are, wed recommend seating them with their parents. The little ones will be more comfortable with this arrangement and you won't have to worry about a bored fussy child at your table. If you're planning to invite a lot of children to the wedding , you might want to have kids table strategically placed near their parents and your flower girls can sit there. Consider a special children's menu of treats like burgers and fries, Mac & cheese and cupcakes and ice cream. Provide crayones and coloring books or other games and toys to keep them happy and busy throughout dinner. More than likely , though, they'll be out on the dance floor with everyone else dancing the night away.
