About last night! We had the pleasure of managing an executive dinner at the fabulous Jose Andres Zaytinya restaurant in downtown DC in their private event space. If you love wine and mediterranean small plates, then this restaurant should be on your list. The food and service were amazing!

It’s been a fun filled day with the sales team of as we toured the Vision of the Seas ship out of Baltimore! With a new list of refresh updates, we were able to see “what’s new” as cruiser’s headed out on the first sailing since the Baltimore bridge collapse. JRSE will be offer group sailings under our travel division in 2025, so stay tuned! 🛳️🛳️🛳️

I’m so grateful for the years behind me, but even more excited about the ones ahead! I have never been more happy in my life than I am in this current season. My home is well, my career is going amazingly well, and my mental health is the best it’s ever been. I’m striving to be better every day, while embracing all that God has for me in my future. As I settle in back home, I’m so happy that I was able to attend the Small & Boutique Meetings Event in Lake Conroe, TX. I’m grateful for the opportunity to strengthen previous connections and establish new ones. I’ve officially found some new members of my tribe! ❤️❤️

I especially loved the last presentation from Curtis Ray Hill, who did a phenomenal job at driving the conversation about Creating A Culture of Belonging. It was a much need discussion and I can’t wait to see him in these spaces more!

It has been an amazing first half of the day with my chapter for our Spring Education Day. I especially enjoyed our panel discussion on how we as an organization can excel to the next level. 📚🆙

It’s day one of IPEC conference through ! Our first event was a tour of the at the Falls on the Reedy. Absolutely AMAZING views and such a fabulous hotel! We were greeted with champagne and cocktails followed by a tour of the property. In that tour was a walk through of the only presidential suite on the property. One word for it…breathtaking! The highlight for me was the heated stone chair on the patio and the Bourbon Bar on the lower level. A must see property!

I’m so excited to announce that after five years, I will be returning to the classroom at CSM!

I began teaching the Wedding Planning courses at the College of Southern Maryland in 2010 and continued through 2018 in an in-person setting. For the last several months, I have been working with the staff to revamp this program into an even better experience for aspiring wedding planners but in a virtual setting! Today was an amazing day for our client group! We spent the afternoon touring the Ashe’ Cultural Arts Center ( ) here in New Orleans which is one of the mission partners in their work. They welcomed us with a very moving program, introducing their work from community programs, voter registration drives to birthing support in the black community.

They explained the history behind their mural wall that is a popular attraction in this community and the local artist collective behind the design.

We also got to see their hip hop tribute museum and shopping boutique, as well as the foundation of their black owned community hotel that will be opening soon to celebrate their 25th anniversary.

I even got to purchase this BEAUTIFUL handbag from their boutique before leaving.

I barely kept a dry eye the entire visit! What an awesome experience!
