I stopped by the kitchen last night. To place a food order from Prone to Plants The owners were so nice and the food was delicious. They even told me that a lot of people always show up to the kitchen looking for Emanuel’s Kitchen. That made my heart smile. I informed them that we will be on Doordash starting next Friday. I get a lot of phone call through out the week asking where to go to place a food order. It pained me to say we are just a catering company. At least i know we’re moving in the right direction. It’s a blessing when customers are seeking out your business.

Y’all wanna know why companies like McDonald’s will forever have customers no matter how many times they mess up an order? Because they’re quick to fix whatever they messed up on. Rather it be replacing the item. Giving you a refund. Or gift card for your next visit. They make it right with the customer.

If you want results in your business. You have to be consistent. I see too many entrepreneurs give up after just one try. You will not see positive results over night. It takes time to build up a consistent customer
base. You have to show up and put in the work. Everybody wants to be an entrepreneur. But not everybody wants to put in the work.
