11:30 am - Getting Ready
2:00 pm - First look
4:30 pm - Ceremony
5:00 pm - Photos
6:30 pm - Dinner

10:00 am - Checking in with HMUA arrival
12:30 pm - Order room service for the client
1:00 pm - Gathering all the items needed for the day, running back and forth between the couples hotel room, helping to decorate the dogs' strollers.
1:30 pm - Break time for bride
2:30 pm - Getting ready for first look, contacting the groom and family.
3:00 pm - Communications with transportation
3:40 pm - Leave to chapel
4:30 pm - Getting the chapel set up- phone set up for music connection, attaching photos to bouquet, confirming the order of events for ceremony, First, dance, & photos.
4:30 pm - Guests enter
4:35 pm - Couple Enters
4:40 pm - Ceremony start - Groom, Sisters & Dogs, Dad and Bride
4:45 pm - Announcement and straight into First Dance
4:47 pm - Photos
4:50 pm - Directing guests outside for the surprise Mariachi
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Surprise, mariachi plays during couples Photos downtown
6:15 pm - Head to Dinner

You don't need a coordinator. But with a coordinator, you'll be able to relax more and truly enjoy the moment. This service is geared towards clients who have already booked all their vendors and want someone to execute the day for them.
