So much fun putting this together at the last moment. I wanted to keep the taco theme, so decided to recreate a “fruit tart” into a taco. I used fresh custard base lightened with whipped cream and added Belgium chocolate for the “meat” part. Then topped with coconut flakes (yellow-cheese), fresh kiwi (avocado), watermelon (tomato), whipped cream (sour cream). Didn’t want to mashed up the kiwi 🥝 to make it look like a guacamole 😝 definitely trying to keep it fresh fruit tart 😅 Cake was marbled chiffon cake, custard, homemade strawberry jam, whipped cream, and buttercream icing.

Kitchen is getting some needed TLC after some unforeseen circumstances. But it’s all worth it! Redecorating, reorganizing, preparing for new season!!!
