Had quite the weekend at the against some of the best teams in the country. We did not do well in barbecue. We weren't happy with all of our turn ins but that's how it goes sometimes, however there were six perfect scores in dessert and we were fortunate enough to be one of them. We finished with a third place perfect 180 dessert. Thank you to for putting together such an amazing contest. I will look forward to it for years to come. Congratulations to all that heard their name called. As always it was great to get together with my barbecue family and burn some meat in a parking lot.

Well it's safe to say I had a pretty damn good day at the Las Vegas BBQ festival. 3rd chicken, 1st ribs, and 1st overall Grand Champion. Thank you to all that helped put this event together and thanks to all that came out to support. Gitchu some.
