What an awesome weekend in Perris CA for BBQ Boot & Brews! We had a great first cook under our new team name with 10th place brisket and 12th place Ribs! Our chicken and pork need some work with 28th and 29th respectively. Overall I’m happy with this cook and we are making progress as a team!

Big shout out to our family, and .vegas for their calls this weekend! Way to represent Nevada BBQ.

Special thanks to and for taking the time to share pointers and techniques to the lessen the learning curve the new competition ways since we haven’t competed seriously 2015!

Congratulations to the Grand Champion Rhythm ‘N Que and to with Reserve Grand Champion!

Now off to work on chicken and pork! Next competition will be Best Dam BBQ in Boulder City, May 25th!

And it’s official!!! We are now Rack City BBQ! Our next competition will be April 12-13th in Perris, CA at BBQ, BOOTS, & BREW located at the Southern California Railway Museum.

We will also be competing at the Best Dam BBQ in Boulder City NV, on May 24th & 25th! Stay tuned for more competitions dates announcements for 2024!!!

We’re Back at it again in less than 2 weeks in Yuma, AZ for the BBQ & Brew Festival, February 23-24, 2024!

What a Great Weekend at the NVBBQA Thrill of the Grill 2023!!! We competed in a BBQ competition outside of our normal wheel house!! NO KCBS Master Series - Brisket, Chicken, Pork Butt or Ribs!!!! This weekend was Chicken Wings, Hamburgers, Hot Dog/Sausage and Tri Tip.

Getting creative was a blast and cooking alongside some great Nevada teams Girls Can Grill, SmoKeto and All Up in My Grill BBQ!!!!

We took 4 calls and Reserve Grand Champion!!! CONGRATS TO Girls Can Grill on GRAND CHAMPION!!!!

Thanks again to Nevada Barbecue Association and John Mull's Road Kill Grill - John Mull's Meats for hosting this awesome event! We’ll be back next year!!!
