An 8th generation circus performer from Romania, Carmen’s rich legacy of circus artistry is deeply rooted in her blood. Her mother, of Hungarian descent, comes from the illustrious Konyot family, adding to her distinguished heritage.
Carmen’s illustrious career spans a diverse array of acts, including bicycle performances, trapeze, juggling, wire walking, and ballet on horseback. Notably, her expertise in classical ballet on the tight wire earned her the prestigious silver medal in Paris in 1981. Having spent 42 years in Sweden, she transitioned from performer to artistic director, playing a crucial role in managing her circus family. Today, her son Trolle continues the family tradition as the head of their circus, Brazil Jack. Carmen’s enduring passion and dedication to the circus arts have left an indelible mark on the industry, and we are honored to have her contribute her vast expertise to our festival. 🎪🌎

We are thrilled to announce that Adans Peres, renowned for his extraordinary acrobatic talent, is an official jury member for the 1st International Circus Festival of Las Vegas.
Adans is famously known as part of the Peres Brothers, an acclaimed acrobatic duo that won a gold medal at the Festival Du Cirque De Demain and a Silver Clown at the International Circus Festival of Monte Carlo. Their performances have captivated audiences worldwide in prestigious circuses, cabarets, and variety theatres.

We are excited to announce our official Jury member, F***y Kerwich, an 8th-generation circus performer from a renowned French family daughter of celebrated aerialist Albert Kerwich, F***y began performing at six and trained at Annie Fratellini’s National Circus School in Paris and under Valentin Gneushev in Moscow. She has performed globally, including at the Lido and Moulin Rouge in Paris, Circus Roncalli in Germany, and Teatro ZinZanni in San Francisco.
A versatile artist, F***y excels as an acrobat, aerialist, contortionist, clown, and hula hoop performer. She has taught at Dallas International School and S.M.U., choreographed for local theaters, and directed shows like Extravaganza – Le Cirque and Le Petit Lone Star Circus. In 2006, she founded the Lone Star Circus Arts Center in Texas and co-founded American CircusFest, promoting circus arts through annual festivals and competitions.
F***y’s dedication to circus arts is evident in her extensive teaching, performing, and directing career. She looks forward to contributing her expertise to the Las Vegas festival, celebrating and advancing circus arts worldwide. 🎪🌎

We are excited to announce that Franccesco Calabrese will be a jury member at the 1st International Circus Festival of Las Vegas!
Born on December 26, 1994, in Guamúchil, Sinaloa, Franccesco hails from the renowned Fuentes Gasca dynasty. His early start in the circus world began at age two, performing as “Miky Jr.” By age five, he excelled in trampoline acrobatics, and at seven, he became the only child to perform a somersault on a galloping horse.
In 2007, Franccesco led his team to victory on Televisa’s reality show “Los 5 Magníficos.” He is also a talented musician with three albums to his name, playing trumpet, drums, guitar, and singing.
In 2021, Franccesco achieved his dream of founding “The Great Circus of Franccesco” with his father and sister. Their debut show in Guadalajara was a massive success, drawing thousands of attendees and many celebrities.

Genís is the President of the Circus Arts Foundation and holds a PhD in Art History from the University of Barcelona. He has an International Diploma in Heritage Management and Conservation from the Institut National du Patrimoine de Paris and is a recipient of the prestigious Gold Medal for Merit in Fine Arts. An accomplished author, Genis has curated numerous exhibitions and publications focused on circus arts. His leadership in organizing the Catalan tours of prominent shows, including the Moscow Circus on Ice, the National Circus of Cuba, and the Medrano Circus, is widely recognized. As the owner of one of the largest collections of circus documentation in Europe, Genis preserves thousands of pieces that chronicle the history of circus arts from its inception to the present day. His expertise is frequently sought after, serving as a jury member for major international circus festivals in cities such as Moscow, Wuqiao, Wuhan, Massy, Izhevsk, Minsk, Odessa, and Zhuhai. From 2002 to 2008, Genis directed the International Clown Festival of Cornellà. He currently leads the Gran Circo de Navidad de Girona, Noches de Circo, and Circuland: the International Circus Arts Palace in Besalú. Agustín Maluenda, known as “Tachuela Chico,” is a celebrated circus performer from Chile. In 2011, he and his family founded “El Circo de Pastelito y Tachuela Chico,” featuring Mamá Oscarita, Papá Tachuela Chico, Agustín Junior, Oscarita Brandy, and Pastelito de Chile. Their innovative productions and the unique Circus Red Carpet event, attended by celebrities like Don Francisco and Cecilia Bolocco, have made them a prominent name in South American entertainment.
Agustín is also known for his iconic phrase “La Guagua,” originating from a local legend in Chillán. This phrase gained fame during his time on “Morandé con Compañía” and has since been registered along with his clown persona.

We are excited to announce that Alfredo Atayde Chávez, a distinguished fourth-generation member of the renowned Atayde circus family, will be serving as a jury member for the 1st International Circus Festival of Las Vegas.
Alfredo, who holds a degree in Communications, has made significant contributions to the circus, theater, and musical productions in Mexico. His expertise in production and meticulous attention to lighting design have elevated numerous major productions in Mexico and the USA. Notably, he has been involved with Circus Caballero and Circus Vazquez in the U.S.A., and has collaborated with Maestro Joseph Bouglione at the WinterCircus in Maastricht, The Netherlands.
Through his company, El Artista Invisible, Alfredo produces private events in his city and is currently touring Mexico with “Les Clowns,” a theater show aimed at dignifying the art of clowning. Additionally, he produces the “Atayde - Winter Galas” at the end of the year, which features top-tier artists, his orchestra, and the co-production of “A Christmas Carol,” a Broadway musical adapted for Mexican audiences.

Sandor, with English and Hungarian heritage, has been a prominent figure in the circus world. He began his career as a performer, excelling in juggling on horseback until 2016. In 2015, he founded Donnert Agency, a global booking agency for performers. In 2018, he launched “The Magical World of Circus” in Holland with his family. Aldo Vazquez, one of the five brothers of Circo Hermanos Vazquez, is renowned for his commitment to excellence and dedication to the circus arts. With a career spanning from 1990 to the present, he has held roles ranging from acrobat and animal trainer to show producer and operations manager. He currently oversees operations and production at Circo Vazquez USA and FL!P Circus USA, managing a team of over 70 people. We are thrilled to announce our first Jury Member, Odette Bouglione, a powerful and influential figure in the circus world will be a jury for the 1st International Circus Festival of Las Vegas. As the CEO of Cirque d’Hiver Bouglione, Odette was born in Paris to Christiane Bouglione and Émilien Bouglione. She grew up immersed in the circus, performing internationally from the age of 16 on stages such as Cirkus Scott, Circo Chen, and Le Paradis Latin.
In 1992, Odette joined Cirque Florilegio by Darix Togni, touring the world as an artist and co-director. After two decades, she returned to Cirque d’Hiver in 2006 with her children. Since then, she has worked with her siblings as artistic directors of Cirque d’Hiver Bouglione and other family productions.
Odette’s expertise spans costume design, rehearsal organization, show direction, management, ticketing, human resources, and budgeting. Appointed President of Cirque d’Hiver Bouglione in June 2021, she brings extensive experience and deep-rooted passion to our festival.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Jocelyn Hunt began her circus journey at seven. Specializing in Straps, Chinese Pole, Lyra, unicycle, and rope, she also trains in flying trapeze.
Jocelyn has won multiple first-place titles at Vivafest and performed at the 2023 World Circus Arts Championship. She has dazzled as a Straps performer in Cirque Du Soleil’s “One Night for One Drop” and shone in solo and trio acts at Circus Couture and the Afterdark Immersive Experience.

A Silver Medalist at the Festival du Cirque de Demain in Paris (2004), Tony holds 9 world records with diabolos, including the 6 Diabolos Record. He has performed at renowned venues like Moulin Rouge, Folies Bergères, and Cirque d’Hiver Bouglione, and spent 15 years with Cirque du Soleil. Sebastian Emiliano Videla name “Pacusito Videla,” is part of the fifth generation of a circus family from Murcia, Spain. The Videla family’s circus history began in Mendoza, Argentina, around 1876. “Pacusito” was created during a sixteen-year tour in North America with Tarzan Zerbini Circus. Trained as a juggler and unicyclist, Sebastián continues to perform these acts based on his contracts. Despite his youth, Sebastián has performed globally, starting with his family, including his father, Jorge Rafael (clown Piolita), and his brother, Christian Gabriel (clown Rulito). Notable performances include Circo Rodas in Argentina and the eighth Circus Festival in 2019.
At seventeen, he began performing independently, with gigs in the USA like Circus Spectacular, Dusty’s All Stars Circus, Circus Hollywood, Omnium Circus, Circus World, and Circus Vazquez.
