Come join Latin Soul Kitchen at Heritage Park located at 350 S. Racetrack Rd. Henderson, NV for the 4th of July. There will be kid activities, live music, food, at a family friendly event. We will finish off the night with a fantastic firework show at no cost to attend. Below is our menu for this event. Hope to see you there doors open at 6pm.

Last night Latin Soul kitchen had a private event for BC Home church. We prepared Vaca Frita, Chicken Fricassee, Black beans, White Rice, and Sweet Plantains. For desert we made a Sweet Plantain Fosters over Vanilla ice cream. Matt from Quantum printing in Boulder City printed out several awesome menus, place mats, and other material for the event. Latin Soul Kitchen’s Journey

Latin Soul Kitchen is a dream, journey, and passion that I have been working towards my whole life. My parents were from Cuba and Ecuador and the Cuban cuisine ruled the house. I learned very young that the kitchen was for me and made delicous Cuban food. As I grew we learned more about other cuisines and grew fond of fusing flavors and making delicious creations in the kitchen. We can deliver a variety of dishes that will please a palate from our mobile food kitchen.
