Basis: FULL TIME/PART TIME/ON CALL POSITION

Must be willing to work flexible hours, which may include holidays, weekends and evenings.

Pay Rate: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour (depending on level of experience and scheduled location) plus commissions.

Job Description:

Concierge/Marketing Services Specialists will be required to:

• Provide guests with detailed information regarding various points of interest and services available at a Resort, including recreational facilities and any special functions to be held at the Resort during a guest’s or stay.

• Provide Resort guests with information regarding shows, tours, attractions, shopping and similar activities in and around the Las Vegas area.

• Book or sell tickets related to the above.

• Book guest reservations for dining, transportation, golf tee times, spa services, etc.

• Respond to all activity/entertainment related inquires and requests received via phone, fax or email.

• Provide other miscellaneous concierge services, including but not limited to ordering flowers, balloons, champagne, photographs, babysitting services, car rental services or other such requests as may be made by the guests of a Resort.

• Work in coordination with Resort marketing staff to redeem gift certificates and/or provide complimentary show tour and attraction tickets

Education:

High School diploma/GED required.

Work Experience:

No prior experience required, however Customer Service and/or Sales experience is a plus.
