I love a good challenge, but when you’re up against a five-day turnaround for an event (like this one), time is everything!

Start by pinpointing the client’s non-negotiables and secure those elements first. Whether it’s the venue, catering, or entertainment, reach out to reliable vendors who can deliver on short notice, and be upfront about the timeline.

Next, stay agile. Focus on the core aspects of the event and be ready to adapt as you go. This isn’t the time for perfection—prioritize function over form. Keep communication clear and constant with your team and the client to ensure everyone’s on the same page. A quick decision-making process is key, so empower your team to make calls on the fly when necessary.

In the end, a successful last-minute event comes down to managing expectations and executing the essentials with speed and precision.

🌸 Officially in Remission! 🌸

After a long and challenging battle with breast cancer, I am overjoyed to share that I am officially in remission! This journey has been one of the most eye-opening and rewarding experiences of my life.

Through the ups and downs, I have learned the true meaning of resilience, hope, and the power of a positive mindset. This journey has shown me the strength I never knew I had and the importance of cherishing every moment.

I am incredibly grateful for the endless support from my amazing friends, family, colleagues and clients. Your love, encouragement, and unwavering belief in me have been my pillars of strength. Thank you for being there through every step, every tear, and every triumph.

To those still fighting, stay strong and keep believing. You are not alone, and brighter days are ahead!
