When clients send us similar cakes to this and say super simple, yes, it’s clean and simple looking, but it’s still took me an hour to build all the fondant details… maybe some bakers are faster at fondant figures, but we do have to account for labor hours in our price, yes it’s just a cake, but a cake that took me 5 hours to make, and 10 years to learn. Please understand that we aren’t getting rich of cakes, we typically under charge cuz we too know it’s just a cake, but our time is valuable and the time put into learning this craft is immeasurable!
