By reading the following and paying the Rental deposit you the renter agree to the following: -Our Euipment can be used indoors or outdoors. Please be sure equipment can properly fit indoors. -With fall/winter weather if used outdoors we strongly suggest under warm settings. -As the Renter Understand All rental deposits are NON-Refundable unless weather permits us from deliverying or setting up equipment (Rain OR wind more than 20mph) ONLY. If we cannot set up under these conditions, renter can use deposit towards another Available date at no extra fee. -As the Renter understand one CANNOT obtain refund if renter decides to cancel or decides he/she no longer would like the rental. -As the renter understand All deposits go towards rental balance. -As the renter are in charge of fully caring for all rental equipment. If any damages are done to any equipment you as the renter are fully responsible of paying full amount for repair(s) or replacement. All equipment is inspected before and after every rental for reassurance. - As the Renter understand all HD projectors by Madrid Screen Shows are best used in dark setting not in daylight. We recommend anytime after 5pm **Important!** - IF YOUR RENTAL IS SET UP OUTDOORS WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE BRING IN ALL EQUIPMENT INDOORS (EXCEPT SCREENS). PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE OUTSIDE! IF SCREEN IS LEFT OUTDOORS PLEASE BE SURE IT IS IN A SAFE AND DRY AREA. We have the right to refuse service to anyone *WHAT TO EXPECT AT TIME OF DELIVERY!** How Long does set up take? Set up takes up between 45-60min. Will all equipment fit properly and safely for my event? Projector and Screen must be at least 10 apart. Please be sure to have sufficient room for both screen and projector. How do I operate all the equipment? Driver will show customer how to easily operate all equipment. Are the air blowers loud? No, they are fairly quiet!! **Please note All payments processed through Sqaure are fully secure. No information is ever shared.
