My life has been the poem I would have writ
My life has been the poem I would have writ,
But I could not both live and utter it.

Morning Song
A diamond in the morning
Waked me an hour too soon;
Dawn had taken in the stars
And left the faint white moon.

O white moon, you are lonely,
It is the same with me, But we have the world to roam over, Only the lonely are free. SARA TEASDALE AMERICAN (1884-1993)

Simple Gifts
Tis' the gift to be simple, tis' the gift to be free. Tis' the gift to come down where we ought to be. And when we find ourselves In the place just right,
Twill be in the valley of love and delight.
When true simplicity is gain'd.
To bow and to bend we shan't be asham'd.
To turn, turn will be our delight
Till by turning, turning we come round right.

Stand still without moving at all. Try not to think about anything. Listen to your heart beat, hear the sound of your breath! Gaze upon a flower a leaf a bird in the sky a turtle on the beach. Watch the ocean splash with a flying fish, how the kitties and puppies play with each other! You have become one with mother nature.

Watch the tides flow in and out of the ocean, listening to the waves and crashes upon the shore. The eddies and currents will astonish you! Pick up a sea shell on the sand and hold it in your hand. Stare out into the blue sky with the sun in the shade of your eyes. The moon will also be cool at night in the blue to dream about the true feelings within you. Body surf and roll with the tangles of the sea w**d between your toes and fingers and soft cushions of turmoil .Share your emotions within living objects, creatures and feelings that will be your friend. Always and forever!

The Paradox of Prism 11-03-1996
There seemed to be a contradiction
about the possible truth.
The expression
was an absurd statement.
facial features were transparent
blushing red, glowing yellow, red-hot blue.

The proposition
was solid base
with a parallel end,
There were different angles
of the parallelograms and polygons.

The nature of the situation
exhibiting an apparent inconsistency.
The faces were beginning to form crystal clear.

The horizontal and vertical axes
intersecting, dividing.

The moon is in opposition to the sun
with Earth directly between them.

The question was a proposal.

If one stops to think that, once the face is concealed, there remains only the body to express our thoughts and to make it understood, one will appreciate the importance of this instrument.

The forces that affect our lives,
the influences that mold and shape us,
are like whispers in a distant room,
teasingly indistinct, apprehended only
with difficulty. (Charles Dickens)

Pantomime expresses the movement of the soul, it is the language of all peoples, of all ages and times. it depicts, better than words, extremes of joy and sorrow, It is not enough for me to please the eye. I wish to engage the heart.

"There are so many of us now in motion, and like a child we are very curious, we ask; How long is the time? How great and far or near is the space. So may stars, like the hair on our heads that cannot be counted, trying to measure the timelessness and spacelessness. We starve to know, to apply, and become silent within, in these perplexed times we live now."
Samuel Avital
