One Year with Micky…
And somehow she still puts up with me.
A year ago, I made the brilliant decision to bring Micky onto the Min/Max Photography team. At the time, I thought, “How hard can it be to hand over part of the business to someone else?” Spoiler: it’s harder than it looks—until you have someone like Micky.
She’s the genius behind the reels that make us look like we actually have our lives together, the stories that perfectly capture the vibe of every wedding day, and the endless stream of ideas that somehow always work. Meanwhile, I’m over here doing my thing with a camera and pretending I planned any of this.
This video was—surprise, surprise—her idea, from our first shoot together and (almost) every wedding since. And, like everything else she touches, it’s fantastic. It’s been a year of creativity, collaboration, and her gently reminding me when my ideas are a little… ambitious.
Cheers to you, Micky, for making Min/Max Photography better, sharper, and honestly, way cooler than it ever was before. Here’s to another year of magic, teamwork, and me pretending I’m the brains of the operation.
