TN Dippin Sauce being represented at the TN State Fair! Proud to be apart and have my family’s legacy live on!

We are represented at the Tennessee State Fair!!🎡🎟️🌽

The State Fair kicks off on August 17th and runs through the 26th in Wilson County! It’s “The Year of the Corn” and our exhibit is located in the Made in Tennessee building.

Tennesseans will come together and celebrate our great state at this historic event. The Made in Tennessee Building is Tennessee’s building to showcase the skills and talents of Tennesseans, the Best of Tennessee State Fair Champions, and the Travel Tennessee exhibit during the Wilson County – Tennessee State Fair. Travel Tennessee highlights the special and unique places from every county in the state.

We arrived in Texas, first stop was the Texas top 50 bbq joint where we sat and spoke with the owner of Smoke-A-Holics BBq as he described his process and techniques with us and let me tell you, the ribs where on point! The beans and jalapeño smoked sausage where incredible and even added some of the dirty rice!

Middle TN District Fair Expanding to Nine Days in 2022

The Lawrenceburg Rotary Club has announced that the Middle Tennessee District Fair will become a nine day event in 2022. This year’s fair will open on Friday, September 23rd and run through Saturday, October 1st. According to Fair Manager Tad Keaton, organizers have wanted to expand the fair for a number of years and a routing change by the Wade Shows Midway made this possible in 2022. The expanded dates will give folks in Lawrence and surrounding counties additional days including two weekends to enjoy the midway rides and other great attractions at the Middle Tennessee District Fair. The event line up is being finalized and will be announced at a later date.

The Lawrenceburg Rotary Club has sponsored and managed the award winning Middle Tennessee District Fair since 1950. Fair proceeds support numerous Rotary Club projects including maintenance and expansion of facilities at Lawrenceburg Rotary Park.

We are so sorry it’s been so long! It’s been hectic to say the least! However we went to PCB couple weeks ago so I went to a local market and brought back a few exciting items. So tonight’s supper included Red Snapper!! 🐟🐠 We started with an oil to bind the rub to the skin. Then I used How To BBQ Right rub and smoked it skin down on the Weber kettle and added some pecan chips to the fire to add a little taste and it was awesome!
