Rock'm Sock'mmm BBQ

Backyard BBQ for you and your family or we can cook for your next event. Smoked meatloaf, YUM YUM. My son and I do this as a hobby at our home or yours.

We can smoke pulled pork, brisket, chicken, ribs or anything you could want including our favorite. All cooking is done in our personal smokers and not in a regulated / inspected kitchen. We do take steps to make sure food handling and preparing is done with sanitizing and care as best as possible.

Well we got all our boxes turned in. I forgot to take a picture of the brisket and burnt ends. Now we pray, hard, and alot to maybe win something. Adam did a good job.

Well a hot busy day. Had a great time at the St. James church BBQ contest. Adam and I finished 6th in pork [ pulled pork ] and 4th in brisket. Not to bad.
