Lawton Ranger, Larry Johnson has passed away. You may recognize this familiar face from his years of working our southeast gate at the rodeo. You always knew where to find him! Fly high, Cowboy. 🖤🤍

Larry’s funeral is Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Marlow First Baptist Church. Rangers in attendance, please wear uniform: black shirts and white ties.

Thank you so much to the sponsors that joined us for dinner last night. We missed you if you were unable to make it. We are very grateful to our community continually supporting our rodeo each year as we could not do what we do without you!

A big congratulations to both JD McLeod for his rookie of the year award and Mike Shields for his Top Hand award presented this evening. We also recognized Danny McCarty as the 2025 Rodeo Chairman!

Not only are they both beautiful and smart, they are hard workers as well! You may have seen them welcoming rodeo fans at the ticket gate or carrying flags in our rodeo.
