Slowly smoked with peppers and onions. Smoked Sliced Beef Brisket – An Award Winner! Dry rubbed & slow smoked. This is the flat of the brisket, moist, with a smoke ring you can taste & see. Beef Brisket Burnt Endz – An Award Winner! This is what most Pit Masters keep for themselves, the Filet of the Brisket.
