Keep It Lit Bbq will be firing up the smoker on April 25th!!! We are doing a job for a client in Laytonville, CA. We have room on the smoker if anyone is interested in placing an order. We will be smoking racks of ribs and tri tips!!! Racks of ribs will go for $40 per rack and tri tips for $ 45 per tri tip!! Please dm me and place your orders by April 21st. If you have any questions feel free to message me and I would be happy to answer any questions you might have!! Orders will be ready by 12:30 pm on April 25th 2023

Good morning Laytonville!!!!!

What a night it was last night!!! We want to thank everyone of you that came out to show your support and love last night! You guys all bared the freezing cold and the snow storm that hit us. The support you all showed last night was amazing! We truly appreciate all of you!!

Also we would like to know your opinions on doing pop ups more frequently? Every 2 weeks, every week, please share your thoughts. Any other questions or suggestions are always welcome!!

Just a reminder we will be doing a pop up Tuesday February 22nd at 5pm until sold out!! We will be at 44520 tolen Ave in laytonville. We hope to see you all there.
Remember if you want to order full racks of ribs or pulled pork by the pound or full pork butt please dm me and have all orders in by Saturday February 19th at 8pm.

FEBRUARY 22ND POP-UP!!!!!!!

Keep-It Lit BBQ will be doing a full cook. Menu will be brisket, pulled pork, ribs, mac n cheese, baked beans. So come on down and get a plate and show your support!!!

We will be serving Plates for $12 that gets you 1 meat, 1 side, and a roll!! You can add an additional meat for $6 and a side for $3. There will be no pre orders on plates. It will be a first come basis until sold out. If you want to pre order a full rack of ribs or pulled pork by the whole butt or the pound dm me to place orders. Please have orders in by Saturday February 19th 8pm..

Selling pulled pork or brisket this Saturday february 5th!!!!!!!!

Keep-It-Lit BBQ has a couple customers looking for some bbq this Saturday February 5th! So we will be smoking full briskets and also smoking pulled pork!! Briskets will be sold as a FULL brisket only! Sale price of $275 per brisket! Pulled pork will be sold by the pound $20per lb or a whole pork butt ( you pull) for $80! If you are interested or have any questions please feel free to ask. Please have all orders in by Thursday February 3rd 8:00 pm! Orders will be ready anytime after 3:30 pm on Saturday February 5th. Just let us know what time works for you!

RACKS OF RIBS!!!!!!!!

We will be smoking racks of ribs this Saturday January 15th! Each rack is $40 and sold as a full rack. If your interested and want to place an order dm me and let me know how many racks you would like. Please all orders need to be in by Thursday January 13th at 8pm. Orders will be ready by 4pm.
