Home to iconic music festivals, Kate Wolf, Gaia, Earthdance, and the Hog Farm Pignic, summer home to Camp Winnarainbow, Black Oak Ranch has a history of hosting events that speak to the heart and inspire healing and joy. Streeter Creek offers accommodation in tepees, a fully equipped kitchen, showers, a stage, a year round creek, a campfire circle and extensive grounds. Ten Mile, our festival site

, has stunning meadows, groves of ancient oaks, secluded campsites, a shower house, kitchen facilities, and beautiful Ten Mile Creek. Also check out Hipcamp private camping at Ten Mile. Rates are determined on a case by case basis. The specifics of the group event determine costs. Factors include the event date, size, the nature of activities, staffing, set up and take down time, and special needs.
