Our family friend and longtime Cedarcroft resident Hurley Graves passed away not long ago and this is the photo I was looking for as a memory of him. Hurley roadied for me when I started DJ’ing in 1987. Sound equipment was much heavier back then.
I always enlisted Calvin Wright (son of David Wright) when we DJ’ed high school and junior high dances because he was fresh out of school and knew all the popular tunes of the day. Griffins Photography took this shot at his request. 1991-92 LHS Homecoming Dance. Check out my white socks! Lol
