Thankful for everyone who placed an order for your Thanksgiving gathering this past week! Goal was to assist a few families with sides and/or desserts. Ended up preparing 5 full meals, a couple of half portion meals and dozens of side dishes, cakes and pies from Sunday morning - Thanksgiving Thursday afternoon. Elite Catering 615 is currently booking for December Holiday parties and New Year’s Eve platters. 🚨🚨🚨last night we did a soft roll out of our Dinner menu we sold out in a record 2hours and we say thank you to everyone who has supported us!!! Here is a couple of pictures we had a chance to capture in the mist of service. with our Cajun sauce drizzled on top Next is southwest with Avocado Ranch sauce. The Hibachi Dinners Chicken&Shrimp with veggies add broccoli and our Homemade sauce the next is Double meat Double rice and veggie!! for your next event.

Thank you to all who placed an order on yesterday! It was a busy night! Pre-orders had us booked in a tight schedule but Chef moves so effieciently in the kitchen, he was able to squeeze in a few last minute orders for some loyal clients and only stopped taking orders when we ran out of fish!
