Why the name Bon Temps?

"Laissez les bon temps rouler" is a spirited French phrase that translates to "let the good times roll," and encapsulates the essence of revelry and joyous celebration. Originating from the vibrant culture of New Orleans and the famous Mardi Gras festivities, this exclamation invites us to embrace life's moments with enthusiasm, camaraderie, and a touch of extravagance.

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana - this phrase is near to my heart. The name 'Bon Temps' is a nod to my roots and is a reflection of my love of a 'good time'!
