We were pleased to be able to host World Class Chef Keith Lord (Insta ) and allow use of our kitchen while he was in from California preparing for a private party. Attached are shots of before, during and of course, the finished products!

A rare treat for me, and Chef was very down to Earth. Had a lot of good conversations about food, business, personal life, and philosophies. Thanks for a great visit Keith and I hope you were able to enjoy some Hoosier Hospitality! I'll work on getting one of our sugar cream pies out to you!

Kudos! Kenneth “Tony” Amich was this year's recipient of The Jim McMerty Scholarship. He is the owner of On the Go Catering based in Thorntown, Indiana and serving Indianapolis since 2019.

Tony was looking to scale his business when he applied for the scholarship. He told us ... "Our restaurant and catering business has drastically changed over the past year or so and catering has grown to about 80% of our total revenue. In order to continue to scale our business we need to become more professional and I need all the tips and procedures I can get and the educational piece should help me with that."
