​Our March 21st Luncheon is a fun, enjoyable event that supports our philanthropic fundraising!!! Come join us for some amazing basket and silent auction goods that have been graciously donated from community members and businesses, as well as other private organizations. There will be many exciting things to bid on, as well as lunch and friendship!

This month’s luncheon Menu is TBD by the wonderful Vidies’ Catering!

Our Sharing is Caring partner this month is: CASA! Representatives will be at our luncheon if you would like to speak with them or give monetary donations.

MISSION: CASA or Court Appointed Special Advocates are assigned to cases and remain a voice for the children through the duration. These volunteers spend time with these children, their placements, and service providers to ensure the children’s best interests are being met.

The program aims to provide a Birthday box to every child in foster care in the 25th judicial system of Missouri, including Phelps, Maries, Texas, and Pulaski counties. These Birthday boxes will include supplies such as cake mix, frosting, sprinkles and gifts for the child. CASA of South Central Missouri is a 501c3 nonprofit organization.

The WCC culinary arts team of Ryan Henderson, Shaun O’Brien and Alexis Shea under the direction of Chef Jon Dye, culinary arts instructor, has taken 7th place in the first round and are heading to the FINALS on Saturday in the World Food Championships in Dallas.

We have been blessed with a ton of inquiries about our Thanksgiving meal togos this year. After much debate over the current price and availability of products we have decided not to offer a full menu as in years past. We simply cannot do these meals as economically as we would like. We will post later tonight the items that we will offer for pickup on the evening of the 22nd. Thanks so much to all our wonderful customers, we look forward to seeing you all through out this Holiday season!
