✨Lifting the veil on a seamless wedding day. ✨
You’ve heard the tales of chaos, but don’t let others’ hyperbole overshadow your excitement! Here’s how to navigate your big day with ease and grace:
🌟 Real Talk: 🌟 You’re likely to team up with a planner or venue coordinator, along with your photographer (hi!👋) and other vendors. Their expertise will craft a flow of events with your dream vision in mind. It’ll act as a solid plan for your day, unfolding as it will (timing might not be exact), and your team is ready to roll with the ebb and flow. Planning solo? I’m here to assist with your timeline planning with photography in mind, ensuring every moment and memory is captured perfectly. 📸
🔑 Key Tips for a Smooth Wedding Day: 🔑
▪️Communication & Collaboration 🗣️🤝
Ensure everyone (photographer, planner, vendors) is on the same page, particularly crucial for any last-minute tweaks to ceremony or first look start-times.
▪️Getting Ready👗👔
* Prep Early: Remove garments/dress/suit from packaging and remove any cardboard or stuffing. Steam and hang in advance. With this not-so-fun chore done in advance, you can relax and have extra time to celebrate with your besties ✔️🧘 🥂
* Practice Makes Perfect: Nervous about ties or pocket squares? Practice beforehand or designate a helper. Same for boutonnieres!Extra Time: Allow a 20-minute buffer for dressing and getting ready. Delays can happen, from hair and makeup to unexpected dressing wardrobe malfunctions. Keep the button hook and safety pins close by. ⏳💄
▪️Share The Plan: Share the meeting spots and times for family and wedding party photos to ensure everyone’s on cue. 🕒👨👩👧👦
▪️Post-Ceremony Photos: If planning post-ceremony family portraits, hold them immediately after the ceremony to avoid losing guests to the cocktail hour buzz. 🍸🥃🍷
🌈 Above all, give yourself grace and embrace the unforeseen. Your day will be beautiful, memorable, and uniquely yours. 🌈❤️
