PLEASE BE AWARE. Apparently the scammer have some sort of new game… I haven’t quite figured it out yet but it’s definitely a scam. This form, which is my vendor from was texted to one of my vendors yesterday. His phone was turned off overnight so he just got it this morning. When he tried to respond he got an error code. I did not send this, he did not request it and when he tried to reply he got an error message. I’m not sure what the scam is, but this is why I have you print the form from my site with my address on it to return it… this one does have the correct address but I feel like if his phone had been on they would have tried to get him to pay electronically, which I NEVER do. Please let me know if you get anything similar!!
