Cowboy Christmas Event

We'd like to turn this into a two-day event, Saturday and Sunday, the weekend after Thanksgiving. Sunday would start with Cowboy Church. Vendors could sign up for Saturday or Sunday, or both. What does everyone think?

Vendor info for the 2023 Cowboy Christmas Event:

*Our themes are horsey, cowboy, country, or Christmas. We're trying to stick with handmade or carefully selected collections of new or used goods. It's okay if you have a Tupperware or that type of business represented, but it should only be part of your display.

*Booth space is free, make a donation to Hand In Hand Farm if you wish.

*Event will be held in our indoor arena at 35105 Ede Road Lebanon, OR.

*Setup on Friday, December 1, 9 am to 6 pm, or Saturday, December 2, starting at 6:30 am, have your car out of loading area by 8:30 am. If you'd like to use a trailer in your display or bring it into the arena, definitely arrange to come on Friday or even Thursday afternoon. We have space for turning a trailer around or you could drop it on the property, you just can't stay in it overnight. Also, do not bring dogs.

*We prefer that you can serve customers the entire 9 am to 4 pm sale, but if you start to pack your more difficult items starting at 3 pm that's okay.

*Lighting is decent, but you might want to have battery-powered lights, especially if displaying jewelry or the like. Supplying electricity may be possible, but wish to avoid if we can. We do have wi-fi available.

*You can bring a small propane heater for personal use if you want. It could realistically be quite chilly, it's dry with the wind blocked, however.

*We will have free hot drinks on site, we don't know if we have a food vendor yet so plan on bringing a sack lunch.

We forgot to get pictures, but we just restocked our consignments at Out West. The items added yesterday were a 14" western saddle, halters, rope halter sets, a western breast collar, and several pairs of boots (human). Go check it out and support our mission while you get some great deals for yourself! Christmas the year round!

Hand In Hand Farm is going to have a large booth at this tack sale tomorrow! Bringing a whole cargo trailer's worth and using 4 spaces!

Hand In Hand Farm, the host of the Cowboy Christmas Event, has its first storefront! Out West is letting them consign donated tack to raise money for their programs! If you're in Philomath, stop by and shop their booth located near the pet food. If you've never been to Out West, you're in for a treat. These are the items HIH just stocked:

-3 Western saddles
-Western shirts and show vests
-A 64" and 66" fly sheet
-Fly bonnets
-Mule fly mask with ear protection
-Lots of horse fly masks, draft to Arab
-3 sets saddlebags
-2 sets shotgun chaps
-New rope halter w/lead
-Bosal, hanger, and reins set
-Western curb bit w/curb chain
-Western sliding one-ear trainer's leather headstall w/snaps

-Leather NRS brand figure-8 hobbles, new in bag

Hand In Hand Farm, Inc. of Oregon will have a booth at the event linked here on March 4th & 5th. We will be selling mostly tack and farm items plus a few household things to raise money for our programs. There will be lots of other vendors selling a variety of items. Come show your support and shop!

SINCE WE DIDN'T ACTUALLY GET EVERYTHING UNPACKED UNTIL 2 PM TODAY, WE'RE GOING TO EXTEND THE TACK SALE PORTION UNTIL SUNDAY! STILL A GREAT SELECTION OF PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING! SO, COME ON OVER BETWEEN 9 AM AND 4 PM TOMORROW, SUNDAY, DECEMBER 4 AND GET SOME GREAT DEALS!

Let's face it, this Cowboy Christmas Event has morphed into about half tack sale. I can't believe how much stuff we have to sell. If you're in the market for just about anything horse-related, we might have it. I don't even have the English stuff out yet, the stable supplies, the saddles, the clothing, etc. Our prices are pretty reasonable, and you'll be helping out our ministry of rebuilding families through agricultural adventures!

Now signing up vendors for our 16th Annual Cowboy Christmas Event! Vendors that fit in with our theme and aren't retailers for a single manufacturer (Tupperware, Paparazzi jewelry, etc.) are what we are aiming for. Also, if you have a horse-related nonprofit or would like do a demonstration relating to our themes, tell us about it. We'll soon be posting a calendar event for those that would like to attend, please mark yourself "going" or "interested" and Facebook will remind you that you have an upcoming event!

Thought we'd throw this out there. If you're wondering if you need to go to yet another tack sale because you already have too much stuff, why yes, yes you do! If you have things you don't use, things you wouldn't mind using but you don't feel like cleaning it, you can send them on without guilt and make room for the new. Bring your tack to the Cowboy Christmas Event and donate it to Hand In Hand Farm. We can provide you with a donation receipt on the spot.
