Due to rain effecting scheduled road work, MoDOT has announced permit work affecting I-470 and View High Dr. Please plan extra time when traveling to and from the complex.

📍 Ongoing – Sept. 29
• Ramp from WB I-470 to View High Dr. will be closed.
• Ramp from View High Dr. to EB I-470 will be closed.
• View High Dr. just north of I-470 is closed.

📍 Sept. 29 – Oct. 31
• Ramp from View High Dr. to WB I-470 will be closed.

🚧 Big Progress at Paragon Star! 🚧

The Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) at I-470 & View High Drive is on track to open by the end of this month — a major milestone that paves the way for our 75,000 sq. ft. office & retail building.

Next up: construction of Paragon Parkway and the internal roads, sidewalks, and parking that will form the backbone of our commercial village.

We’re also thrilled to announce a signed contract for 205 luxury multifamily homes, wrapping around the 513-stall parking garage now underway.

This all-day lacrosse showcase is part of a national initiative supporting American veterans — and this year, we are proud to honor the legacy of 1LT Donnie Tillar III, whose service and sacrifice continue to inspire.

🚧 TRAFFIC UPDATE – Ramp Closures at I-470 & View High Dr. 🚧

Heads up, KC area drivers! Permit work for roadway improvements and a new diverging diamond interchange (DDI) at View High Dr. under I-470 will keep several ramps closed through Friday, Sept. 19, 2025 (revised from the earlier Sept. 4 end date).

Current Closures:
• Ramp from WB I-470 to View High Dr. will be closed.
• Ramp from View High Dr. to EB I-470 will be closed.
• View High Dr. just north of I-470 is closed, ongoing through Sept. 4.

👉 Please use nearby I-470 interchanges to get around the closures.

⚠️ Reminder: Slow down and stay alert in work zones. Even short-term closures and repairs can create hazards.
