Meet the STW Events Team! Casey began her role as Wedding and Events Designer after graduating from Virginia Tech with degrees in Spanish and Hospitality & Tourism Management. (Go Hokies!) She was born and raised in Leesburg, VA but has a deep passion for exploring the world. When Casey is not at the winery, you can find her cooking dinner for friends, working out, exploring local wineries, or planning her next trip. Casey is quick to volunteer to coordinate first look photos on any wedding day. Her favorite part is witnessing the sweet moment where couples get to see each other for the first time and all of the nerves of the day fall away.

Meet the STW Events Team! Before joining the Stone Tower team in the summer of 2017 as a Wedding & Events Designer, Margot was a Communication/Public Relations Major and Business Minor at George Mason University. As an animal lover, it is no surprise that Margot’s first venture into events was working the Puppy Bowl for Animal Planet. It was there that she caught the event bug, and her hard work and up-for-anything attitude made her a welcome addition to the Stone Tower family. Margot's favorite part of the wedding day is being one of the first to congratulate the newlyweds after they walk down the aisle after ceremony.

Meet the STW Events Team! Our Wedding & Events Manager, Lauren, grew up in Roanoke, VA and attended Radford University where she received a BFA in Graphic Design. Following graduation she attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she received a Masters of Communication with a concentration in Advertising and Public Relations. As fun and energetic as the event industry itself, Lauren was a perfect addition to the events team in the Fall of 2015. Known lovingly around the winery as Lo, her positive attitude, problem (and riddle)
solving skills, and the ability to bustle any wedding dress, make her an essential part of the Stone Tower family. Lauren describes her favorite part of the wedding process as getting to know the couple, their families, and their personal style. She enjoys the creative process that comes with wedding planning, and loves to help establish the look and feel that couples wish for their guests to experience.

Meet the STW Events Team! Jillian is our Senior Wedding and Events Manager. She grew up in Shepherdstown, WV and graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Business Management. During her time at WVU, Jillie won the West Virginia Business Plan Competition and gained funding to start her own home-based business. Luckily, self employment allowed her the time to lend a hand in the very busy tasting room where she quickly transitioned to leading the Events Team in 2014. Coming from a family of event planners and professional decorators, a career in events and hospitality was a natural fit for Jillie. These days she stays busy at home with her very active toddler, Margaux, and newborn, Teddy, all while playing mom at work to the rowdy ladies on the events team. Jillie's favorite part of her own wedding in 2012 was celebrating with loved ones. She adores having a job where she gets to watch you experience that moment of being surrounded by everyone you love and who loves you.
