I have a little list of things I want to ask God when I get to Heaven. One of those is why some people’s dad’s have to leave so soon. There should be a rule in the Heaven rule book that dads aren’t allowed to leave this earth too early. It just isn’t fair.
My best friend and the very first friend I made when I moved to Cedar City at the little age of 8 lost her dad to cancer this last week and my heart is completely broken for her and her family.

I had the opportunity to make my first casket spray for his casket. 🤍

It was humbling to be able to use one of the talents Heavenly Father gave me for one of his angels

A little flower tip for your Tuesday night scroll!

Don’t leave your flowers in water for to long.
You’re thinking what ?! I want to keep them fresh!

You do want to keep them fresh! BUT keeping your flowers in water for to long before preserving them leads to bacteria growth and browning leaves. If you are ready to dry your flowers start them sooner rather than later!
A quick turn around time promises durable stems and a strong petal attachment!

If you want to preserve your wedding bouquet make sure you have more than just a couple pieces of greenery! Greenery provides a great back drop and great texture!

Hi! 👋🏻
There has been quite the increase of followers over the holidays so I thought I better introduce myself to all our new friends!

My name is Nicole Hopkins!
A few things about me:

🌸I’m a high school Agricultural Teacher and FFA advisor! Ms. Hopkins is my favorite title! I LOVE my job and my students! My favorite class to teach is Floral Design! (Big surprise)
🌸 I’m 27 - and just waiting for God to send me a hard working blue collar man to make all my small town dreams come true! And someone to send me flowers 😉
🌸 I started preserving flowers 4 years ago and each year just keeps getting better and better!
🌸 I LOVE ice cream with brownies and peanut M&Ms are my favorite gas station snack!
🌸 I love mountain time spent with my family and if I could fish every weekend I would!
🌸 George Strait will always be the king of country and pink will always be my favorite color
🌸 I think the smell of alfalfa fields and the way the earth smells after a good rain is heaven on earth!

great way to preserve flowers that you don’t necessarily want to hang in your house in a large frame but would like to hang on your tree to remember. Add vinyl to add a custom name or date. Send me a message if you are interested!

My goal this year is to be a little bit more present with my flower page! So I’m starting off with a “fun fact” Fun fact- I teach floral design to Middle School students! I participated in the Floriculture CDE contest when I was an FFA member in high school but honestly my love for flowers and floral design didn’t really take off until I started teaching floral design. Now I can’t get enough of it! 🤩 by far my favorite class to teach!
