Hi everyone!

Our kids will be selling homemade chocolate chip cookies (50 cents) and hot chocolate ($1) tonight from 5-7pm in front of our house. They recently went to the Christa McAuliffe Space Center in Pleasant Grove and really want to go back to do another space simulator. So they decided to put together a bake sale to raise some money.

So if you happen to be out watching lights tonight, you can swing by our house, watch the lights and have some treats. 🍪

PS. The Christmas light show will run through Christmas day. After that, we will be switching it up to some of our favorites, including a lot of kid and movie songs through New Years Day. Thanks!

Our Halloween show is officially live!! It will run through Halloween from 7-9pm on weekdays, until 10pm on weekends.

We've added two new songs for our Halloween show this year: We Don't Talk About Bruno from Encanto and Enemy by Imagine Dragons. Our family voted on their favorite songs from last year and as a result....almost every song is returning from last year 😄 ... so the entire playlist is now up to 33 minutes!

Thank you to everyone that came by this holiday season and enjoyed watching our lights! We appreciate being able to share this hobby with you all and love all the positive comments we get.

We will be running the show for three more days with the last light show on New Years Day on Saturday. For those last few shows, we will run a new playlist with our favorite songs from this year and a few from past years. Hope you enjoy it if you have time to stop by! :)

Tonight one of our arches had a light go out and most of the other lights on the arch went out as well. So how did we fix it?

First, we cut out the last light that was working and the first one that was out. This is because either could actually be the problem. Then we took some replacement lights and soldered them in using plastic solder sleeves that we heated up to connect the wires for the new lights to the existing strand of lights.

And voila, we have working lights again!

Our Christmas light show is ready to go and we are excited to share it with you!

For trick-or-treaters tonight we are handing out full-size candy bars until 9pm (or as long as they last) and will have a speaker outside for the music for the show.

The Halloween show is running every night through Halloween and it has been a blast so far!

Our youngest has asked almost every night to go out and watch. So if you see a young child leaning out of a window of a car, singing along and shouting about all the lights on her house, that is probably us. :)

We have received multiple requests to keep the Halloween show going one more night, so we will be extending our Halloween light show to run tonight from 6-9pm.

For the month of November through Thanksgiving, we plan on doing a weekend light show (Fri, Sat, Sun) with movie songs. We will post exact show times and the playlist later in the week.
