You will see her here a day or two a week while she balances out going to college to further her technology education and she also is heavily involved in Theatre/Drama for the Lehighton Middle School and Tamaqua Art Center.

She certainly brings us entertainment in the kitchen and her vibrancy shines onto our customers!!

Since moving to a different location in April, we have experienced a whirlwind of pivoting our business plan/structure.

With the demand of where business is leading us, we are in need of immediate changes.
We have to balance Catering, Grab & Go’s & Bakery products, contend with space & storage and maintain Critical Food Safety Standards/Regulations.

✅ We no longer will be offering Servers for Catered Events/Weddings. No exceptions.
(All events that have already booked for remainder of year will be honored and fulfilled)

✅ Grab & Go/Donuts/ Bakery products will be Thursday- Sunday. We have eliminated Wednesday.

✅ Monday & Tuesday we will be closed for Catering.

Monday we need a reboot day. A day to catch up on our own homes & personal matters.

Tuesday & Wednesday starts the process of Planning/Shopping/Prepping/Cooking & Baking.

I personally want to thank everyone who supports us.

It really means so much as a small business owner to receive the amount of business we are receiving.

It is truly an honor and as always, I am humbled to say the least.

A huge HAPPY BIRTHDAY shout out
to Darin McCaa.

He has been my number 1 support system of encouragement and determination. He has allowed me to fulfill a dream to be a small business owner.

He makes sure the business operates efficiently and effectively.

He is Human Resources to the finest and he does not miss a beat to what I do and he keeps us all in check! The shenanigans I pull makes me shocked that I don’t get fired by my own husband sometimes. 🤣

He works full time and after work, he is working on the backside of business with accounting, taxes, payroll, maintenance and also always helps deliver foods on weekends.

If it weren’t for him, there would be no Catering & Baked Goods, No Grab & Go’s and No Donuts!
