One thing I know for sure is that TTTE weddings are magical and filled with so much love and joy. Why?? The couple! It all starts with them. The joy and love from our couples translates into an amazing guest experience everyone will cherish for years to come.

It’s about how you and your guests feel on your day way more than the trend you want to go viral. When you can take that raw love and joy and pair it with your perfect wedding esthetic that represents you both, THAT is what we call the TTTE experience.

Finally, TTTE couples are GOOD people that GOOD things always seem to happen. One example is when a sailboat came by at the perfect time to congratulate Dee and Kev as they were taking portraits by the lighthouse after their ceremony.

💡 I have so many ideas but don’t know how to bring them to life.

💡How can I find trusted vendors?

If you are newly engaged, these thoughts and more are probably going through your head right about now. You are not alone.

As a planner, it is my job to make sure you are taken care of every step of the way. It’s not about creating the perfect trendy wedding to go viral; it’s about creating an experience that is uniquely you from the spaces all the way down to how you start your day. Like so many, travel is my inspiration and my passion. My love is rooted in all aspects of travel. Planning the trip itself, exploring new places, and learning about other cultures and how others live/celebrate has led me here today. It’s as if I am an artist painting what the future will hold in my memories to come. With the Traveling Tee Events, I am currently painting some masterpieces that cannot wait to share with you this year.

I am forever honored and grateful that I am able to do what I love and have the most amazing clients. This year is going to be filled with new travel, new canvases, and so much love with amazing new memories. ❤️

Welcome to Boston 🍺

When choosing the perfect venue for my clients, it is important to know what is important to them. For G+A, they wanted their welcome party to set the mood for the weekend. Guests were flying in from all around the world, so they chose a few of their favorite things to have at their welcome drinks party and to show their guests how much their presence meant to them.

🍤 & 🍣 were a must for this coastal city since they are big fans of seafood, and frequent often to in the warmer months.

🌊They also wanted to be close to the water and have rooftop views. checked off those boxes allowing them to have the guest list they wanted as well.

🍪🌸 For a sweet ending to the night, gifting guests with cookies was also a must and a favorite of A.

Shoutout to all those soon to be fiancés 🍾

You know who you are 🤫❤️

You may not be engaged yet, but you know it’s coming and want to be ready to hit the planning button when the time comes.

There is not enough awareness for those who are in the stage of life where they know they are with their person and are about to take that next step. Therefore, I’m here to shed some light and let you know that you are NOT ALONE. 🤍

Here are some tips on what you can do now while you are in the waiting phase:

✨ Start thinking about your guest list. Go ahead and start one in your notes. Do you think you both will want a wedding party? It’s ok to have these conversations with your partner now. Do they want a small wedding or larger one? Start the conversation because this will determine budget and location.

✨Start a wedding fund together. Great practice to work on your finances together. Highly recommend Financial Peace University as a couple.

✨ Where would you like to get married? Do you have resources you would like to utilize? This is an important aspect. The location should be somewhere you both love and enjoy. If you love a good restaurant, maybe hosting your wedding in the city would be the right fit. Love the mountains? Beach? Also, what time of year?

✨ Start a Pinterest Board of things you love. This will be a place to keep all the ideas you have. I know you have them.

✨ Inquire with your must-have vendors to get an idea on pricing.

There are many things to think about when planning your backyard wedding. These are just some, but have you thought of these?

🌸 electricity - between catering, tent lighting, heaters/AC, DJ or band, bathrooms - you will most likely need a generator
🌸 temperature - is it too hot or cold for your guests since it is outfit, having a temperature controlled tent/structure can make or break a wedding experience for you and your guests (also having shade or some way to block out the sun if your ceremony is in direct sunlight)
🌸rain plan - you must have one
🌸 tent - did your tent company come out to do a site visit when you booked to make sure a tent can fit, land is level, wind factors if on the water, power, and more
🌸 transportation for guests and parking for your vendors - this includes load in and load out for your vendors
🌸 restrooms - do you have enough for them? Do you have lighting inside for when it gets dark? Restroom attendant to make sure there is toilet paper, soap, etc?
🌸 landscaping - ‘s dad went all out on the yard for her wedding
🌸 lighting - your yard where guests will be at any time needs to be properly lit

I’ll never forget the moment my bride and bestie, Amanda, asked me to sing this hymn at her wedding. Having sung classically in college, it was an honor I never expected but will cherish forever. As I stood there, singing for her, I felt a connection to something far deeper than just the occasion—it was a celebration of love, faith, and the unique story that had brought us here.

This is the kind of moment that defines a wedding—not the latest trends or the color of the year, but the personal touches that make the day undeniably yours. When planning your wedding, don’t just focus on what’s “in” right now. Instead, ask yourself: What moments will reflect the love and meaning you want to honor? Because those moments, the ones that speak directly to your heart, are what will make your wedding day timeless. 🤍
