Oh hey! Christmas Crew coming by to remind everyone that the 2024 Hometown Christmas Parade will begin at 3:30 this year at the GC Fairgrounds and END at St. Joseph church! See you there.

The Centre on Main is a hub for Christmas Parties in December! If you are a renter, please help us maintain our facility during this busy season.

Please be sure to clean any messes after your party, remove any trash from all areas including the kitchen and restrooms, remove all food including the oven and refrigerator, turn off all lights, and lock the doors up tight at night.

Also, please note that we have had a policy in place since October of 2022, we do not allow any renters to come in the night before their rental to set up unless you pay a rental fee and the building is not rented. We made this a blanket policy for everyone and we make no exceptions.

Next Saturday, Dec 7th, the 2024 Hometown Christmas Parade will role through Leitchfield at 3:30 PM. Starting at the GC Fairgrounds and ending at the intersection of St. Joseph and Fleeners. No registration is required and lineup can begin at 2 PM.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place float trophies will be given out!

Please use extra caution in the area of the the Centre on Main today and tomorrow. Traffic is becoming congested due to early voting and the parking lot is heavy with cars and pedestrians. Please drive slowly.

Public Trails Association of Grayson County is hosting Bark In The Park. Come take a walk with your dog at Logsdon Valley Park on Saturday November 16th from 12pm-2pm. The first 30 dogs get a fall bandana.

In Person Early Voting in Kentucky begins on October 31st and continues on November 1st and 2nd from 8:00am to 4:00pm at The Centre on Main in Leitchfield. On Election Day, Tuesday November 5, all voting centers listed here will be open from 6:00am to 6:00pm. The Chamber along with the Western Kentucky Regional Blood Center will be hosting a blood drive on Tuesday, July 30th from 12:00-4:00 pm at the Centre on Main.

WKRBC provides 100% of all blood components and products transfused at OH Twin Lakes Medical Center. This blood stays in Grayson County.

Public Trails Association of Grayson County and Grayson County Tourism are working on Getting Grayson County certified as a Trail Town with the State Of Kentucky. We are hosting a Trial Run on Saturday, August 10th @ 3pm at Taylor Fork Trail/Logsdon Valley Park. You can come enjoy a guided trail walk, activities for the kids, and much more. After that, walk to the square for live music by Stefan Miller, food trucks, shopping the boutiques and much more. This event is very important to us so we can get certified. We are giving away grab bags to the first 50 people with lots of goodies. If you're a business and would like to participate or donate items for the bags, please reach out to us! Sunday, August 11th enjoy the day out in the county at another walking trail, bike trail or water adventure. The Centre on Main will be closed tomorrow, June 13th from 11:00-1:30 for the June Chamber Luncheon. We will be traveling to Caneyville and will need some extra time!
