Thursday, July 4th we’re kicking off the weekend in Southport, nc at the NC 4th of July Festival. UPWA Pro Wrestling will be hosting Buff for a meet and greet from 12pm-3pm at the post office parking lot on Nash st. After the meet and greet enjoy 2 hours of FREE live pro wrestling action featuring the top superstars from UPWA. We are also offering a Thursday VIP package that includes pictures with buff, autographs, Buff trading cards and a private firework viewing with Buff! NC 4th of July Festival

Friday, July 5th Buff will be in Leland, nc at the MayWay Lanvale Station for a meet and greet! Come meet Buff from 11am-1pm. Friday night, join us for a private VIP viewing of Buffs Dark side of the ring episode followed by a live Q and A. This is an amazing opportunity to get an up close and personal account of the radical changes Buff has experienced in his life.

WHAT A WEEK!! I picked up 3-1987 NWA Wonderama test market packs for $10 each 🦄. I ripped all 3 packs and these 11 cards are officially PSA bound! Hoping for some high grades on these rare, low pop cards. If you’re not familiar with the 87/88 Wonderama cards, do yourself a favor and dig into them!

My all time favorite set is the 1988 NWA WONDERAMA CARDS. This past week I found 3 sealed packs at a local (Wilmington, NC) flea market. I was shocked when the lady told me $10 each and even more shocked when I noticed something was different about these packs. The checklist card in the back of the pack was black and white instead of red and blue. I also noticed the sides of the cards looked brown and not white. When I got to my truck I opened one of the packs and confirmed these aren’t the 88 Wonderamas, these are the super rare 87 Test Run Wonderamas. This was wonderamas way of testing the waters and seeing if people would have any interest in a NWA trading card. They only made 113- 50 card sets and sold them in packs of 7 cards. They were only sold in convenience stores in Myrtle Beach, SC. What a time to be alive!
