Hi everyone! Jeffrey is beginning the process of moving Prime Meats to our new location in Boyle. The Prime building is being sold to the Galloways, Bella's parents and owners of The Thompson House, so please support them once they have their new establishment up and running!
We are planning to return to deliveries the second or third week of June. We are disassembling the saws and all equipment to put in new parts and give them extra good cleanings. Once we get everything in place, we plan to start deliveries back up. We will have deliveries to RollingFork, Lake Village, Greenville, Leland, and Indianola. Thank you for all of the support. As soon as things get moved, I will send the menu and hope to hear from all of you again! Enjoy the summer and we kind of hope you miss the Prime quality meat so you pick back up with your orders when we reopen! 😂

**The venue is still in full swing and we CAN Cater! We ARE still using our meat side for cooking and pick ups.
It is with deep regret that I go ahead and inform everyone the beginning the first week of April, Prime will go to an order only meat market. We know it will take time for people to learn the new process and preparation on everyone's part - but we will take orders Mondays and Tuesdays and have meat cut and ready with your name on the package on Thursdays and Fridays.
With this transitions, we will also be offering "meal night specials" which will include uncooked meat and sides. Jeffrey also has a few specialty items he does that we will occasionally offer already prepared.
Thank you to those who have supported us. As you come in this week/month, we will have a list started so I can get your number and send a weekly Tuesday reminder about ordering. We absolutely want to continue providing you and your family with the highest quality meat around.

Why try PRIME? Most grocery stores offer select grade meat and maybe some choice varieties. We offer PRIME meat that has been aged to perfection. It is well worth the extra cost! So, for those of you that go out of town to buy, give us a shot! For those of you that have never walked in the store, give us a shot! I promise you will be back!

Thank you to our fabulous customers for helping us navigate our first 6 months. To say it was hard is putting it mildly, but we are figuring out what works and what doesn't a little at a time! We appreciate your loyalty and support! We have figured out that with our full time jobs and Prime and Jeffrey's soccer coaching - we just can't manage to work year round 7 days a week...so when we reopen the meat market on January 9, our new hours of operation will be
*Thursday-Saturday from 11:30 am - 6 pm*
For large orders or orders needed on days we are closed please call Jeffrey at 662-822-6836 to arrange pickup. If he is free, he is willing to cut/trim for gatherings and special occasions.
Greenville and Lake Village delivery will be the first and third Thursday of each month-time and location of meet up place TBD
Hollandale and Rolling Fork delivery will be the second and fourth Thursday of each month-time and location of meet up place TBD.

Come see us this Friday-Dec 20! Zach Day will be playing from 7:30-10:30 and we will be serving food with our full service bar. Our special this Friday is salmon with a honey glaze. Reservations are appreciated!

2025 NEW HOURS for the meat market
THURSDAY-SATURDAY 11 AM-6 PM

Beginning the week of January 5, Prime: a Delta Meat Company will only be open Thursday-Saturday 11 am-6 pm. We will also be incorporating a delivery day to Lake Village, Greenville, Indianola, and Rolling Fork to help offset any inconvenience this may cause for our customers. Stay tuned for that!
Cameron, our awesome butcher, will be starting school in Fort Smith in the fall but has to take some classes before then this spring semester. We have to adjust the meat markets schedule to work with his schedule and for one of us to be able to cover the store between my pics and his ag sales and coaching soccer. There just aren't enough hours in the day. We hope you understand and continue to supporting PRIME.
For those of you that call in large orders and schedule pickup times on off days, we will still be able to accommodate that.
