Give yourself and your kitchen a break and enjoy dinner from Jessica Paris Catering! Orders do not always need to be for large events and parties— meals can be fit to your family and your dietary needs.

This couple ordered a Meat Lasagna, Bruschetta Salad, and an order of Profiteroles for dinner and dessert. Delivered hot and ready to their door, they enjoyed “one of the best meals” the husband said he’s ever had.

The Meat Lasagna is made with both Ground Beef and Italian sausage, layered with freshly made marinara sauce, Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Asiago cheese, fresh herbs, and loads of flavor.

The Bruschetta Salad is reminiscent of the classic Italian appetizer, layered with lots of veggies. The salad starts with Spring Mix and is topped with Sliced Cucumber, Loads of Chopped Roma Tomatoes, Thinly Sliced Red Onion, Freshly Grated Parmigiano Reggiano, Homemade Croutons, and a delicious Lemon Basil Vinaigrette.

They finished their dinner with a light dessert of Profiteroles filled with Crème Chantilly, served beside Blackberries and Strawberries.

Next they had Cajun Turkey sandwiches on Kaiser Rolls with Cheddar Cheese, Artisanal Lettuce, and Dijon Mustard.

They also had the option to enjoy a classic Cucumber Tea Sandwich made on sourdough with an herb whipped cream cheese.

Last week, Jessica Paris Catering served a 30 person event. The client requested a few finger foods, salads, mains, and desserts for her guests to enjoy, pictured here.

The guests began with a Vegetable Tray served with Fresh Garlic Hummus and Herb Whipped Ricotta Toasts topped with Prosciutto, Pear, Arugula, and Hot Honey.

They then had the option of enjoying a Caesar Salad or a Garden Salad tossed in a Jalapeño-Cilantro Parmesan Dressing.

From there guests could enjoy our classic Fried Chicken sandwich served on a Brioche bun, topped with butter lettuce, pickles, and chipotle garlic aioli.

Black Bean Tostadas were served with guacamole, romaine lettuce, lime marinated onions, and a mango habanero sauce. The tostadas are completely vegan. 🌱

To finish their meal, guests enjoyed Fudge Brownie Bites, Lemon Tarts topped with Crème Chantilly & Raspberries, and Profiteroles filled with Crème Chantilly, served beside Blackberries & Strawberries

Finally, guests could wash down their meals with a classic homemade lemonade, not pictured here.

Her and her party enjoyed a few appetizers to start including a Creamy Herb Salmon Dip, a 7 Layer Bean Dip, a Ranch Beer Dip, and two veggie trays- one with homemade ranch and the other with homemade hummus. All apps were enjoyed with chips and crostinis of her choice!

As her and her guests enjoyed their starting apps, they popped a Classic Meat Lasagna, prepared by Jessica Paris Catering, in the oven. They then enjoyed the lasagna with a Red Wine Vinaigrette Salad and two freshly baked loaves of French Bread.

Jessica Paris Catering had the pleasure of catering for our first client last week! He requested the four finger foods, pictured here.

First, a Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich was served with freshly breaded and fried chicken breasts, dill pickles, butter lettuce, and a garlic chipotle aioli on a toasted brioche bun.

Next, Fresh Tilapia Ceviche was made, topped with avocado, and served with homemade tortilla chips.

The third bite consisted of a different take on Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls. These spring rolls were made with large shrimp, butter lettuce, caramelized red onion, and rice noodles cooked in a sweet and spicy garlic sauce.

Finally, we served Ricotta Toast. The ricotta was first whipped to create a creamy finish and then fresh herbs and lemon were mixed in. The ricotta was then smeared unto a crostini and topped with thinly sliced pear, prosciutto, arugula, and hot honey. (Also pictured are some crostinis without the prosciutto for our vegetarian friends).

Not pictured, but a tasty Raspberry Lemonade was also served.

The food looked as good as it tasted and there were no leftovers. 😋

***Long Post Alert***
When I was 8 years old, I started boiling water and making oodles and noodles.
At 9 years old, I burnt a pizza because I forgot I had it in the oven and got distracted playing Webkinz.
At 10 years old, I started cooking in the Croc Pot using a Croc Pot cookbook my dad bought.
At 11 years old, my dad taught me how to fry chicken.

And since then, my role as cook in the family took off. AND IT WAS A CHORE. Nothing more to me than another chore.
People would ask if I cooked because I liked to and my answer was always clear: “no, it’s a chore.”

Coming home straight from school in eighth grade to fry chicken breasts and make mashed potatoes and broccoli, while watching my younger siblings was not my idea of a fun after school evening, but it grew to be a role I played in the family.

There were times I didn’t hate cooking. I enjoyed trying new recipes with my dad, like linguini with clam sauce. We would make something, discuss what we liked, what we could have done better, what we might try in the future, and so forth— I enjoyed that learning process. I enjoyed my dad coming home from work after I cooked and saying “something smells good!” And of course, I enjoyed the compliments received after my family finished eating.

Somewhere between the ages of 8 to 24, and oodles and noodles to salmon and steaks, I found an art and passion in the kitchen. A passion that makes me miss my dad more than ever and proud I can show my family who is still with me all my love, through cooking.

Yet, in all my loss, I have so much.

And I am proud, ecstatic, and nervous to announce that I have started a catering business! Jessica Paris Catering is open for business and ready to be booked for all your food filled needs.

I invite you to follow me on Instagram at as I step into this next journey.

I had my first catering event this Sunday which I will be sharing details about soon. For any questions or interests in my availability and the art of the possible, please PM me as I begin to develop a business page and all that comes with being a business owner. 📈
