PT. 24 – We gave our very *first* tour of Remi! We laughed, we answered q's, we all deeply inhaled construction dust.👷 The space isn't done yet, but it was the most delightful imaginary tour. ✨

Seeing a real couple walk through our (soon-to-be) venue made everything feel so 👏 damn 👏 close 👏. The late nights, the endless decisions—it’s all leading to this.

PT. 23 - Who even *needs* professional movers?! Honestly, 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️. Was moving this way more efficient? No. But did we save a ton of money by doing it ourselves? Also, no. 🙃

The Original Mr. Beef Pizza – Carmy eaten, Carmy approved! 🍕

Our winter menu just dropped hot with 8 new dishes, including this seasonal pizza: slow-braised short rib, mid-spicy housemade giardiniera—inspired by The Bear.

And yeah, we threw a menu party and invited Ben Shabad, winner of the Chicago 'Jeremy White Lookalike Contest,' to step in as Chef Carmy.🙈Both he and our chefs called this one fire—so don’t sleep on it before it’s 86’d!!
