Did you know growing Poinsettias have many steps? Yesterday we cut them. This is done to promote growth and to make a fuller plant. This gives them the traditional Poinsettia look. The first picture is before the cut and the second is after the cut. In a couple weeks time you will not even be able to tell it was cut.

It may not feel like Christmas outside, but today is the day the Poinsettias start their journey towards your Christmas decor. 825 pots of tiny cutting have been planted. Don’t look for any bright colors soon….they will start showing their true colors later this fall!
