Rain on your wedding day...usually not ideal. BUT, it does happen. However, when it clears just in time for your dream ceremony, it’s ALL smiles.⁠

At the end of the day, once you’re married and all is said and done, some of the little details won’t matter. But, that doesn’t mean that you can’t hope for the best and allow your vendor team to do their darnedest to ensure everything comes together perfectly! ⁠

As planners, our job is to take care of all the little {and big} things so you can be in the moment, enjoying however the day unfolds, instead of being worried about things being handled! ⁠

Are you passionate about creating magical moments and turning dreams into reality? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Wedding Assistant! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at attention to detail, and are known for your reliability and exceptional customer service skills, we want to hear from you.

Position: Wedding Assistant
Type: Part-Time
Availability: Dates available upon request, starting Fall 2024 and beyond

Responsibilities:
*Assisting in the planning and ex*****on of weddings and events
*Providing excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and guests
*Managing event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of vendors
*Ensuring all details are meticulously attended to, from timelines to décor
*Remaining calm and professional under pressure to handle any unexpected challenges

Requirements:
*High energy and enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences
*Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
*Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting deadlines
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
*Previous experience in event planning or customer service is a plus
