I am a "custom caterer" (meaning I bring in food each week just for the caterings I have on the books. I do not keep things "on hand" and "usually" need at least 48 hours notice for anything you would like to order.) I don't use a set catering menu and would rather create something special to your taste and event needs. All of our caterings are picked up here at the shop (I can sometimes deliver i

f I do not have other caterings at that time). For weddings and special events, I would LOVE for you to use my nice platters and chafing dishes, as long as you return them clean and unbroken. Otherwise, I will display everything on our disposable platters to make clean up a breeze for you. I can work with almost any food allergy/preference and truly just specialize in fresh tasty food that's affordable.

Let's have some pre-prom, "How'd you get asked" FUN 🎉👇
I'll be catering the Adult Prom helping to raise funds for the Western NC Hurricane Relief, hosted by in
(there are still folks without power, living in tents, hotel rooms, without jobs, businesses destroyed and the list goes on)
Every year a few FUN folks decide to be cute and ask their hopeful date to Prom in a unique way. Since I'm a big kid and I just LOVE seeing this. I thought I'd up the ante and give away a GC to my shop for the person who gets the "most likes" on their photo showcasing how they asked their person to Prom this year!!
How to enter:
Simply send your photo to me via a DM
I'll post all the photos by Saturday January 18th
The photo with the most likes(by Friday the 24th),will be announced as our winner!!
I'm excited to see all the fun ways we grown up kids ask/get asked, "Will you go to Prom with me"

****I have zero information about this class, except for the information found here in the flyer I am posting a picture of for my sweet Master Beekeeper bestie who asked me to share it with you 🫶🤓😘****
My kiddos and I took a beekeeping class with her during COVID lol. Her honey is available at my shop (currently sold out), and has over 300 strands of different pollen in it!! We learned everything about beekeeping on her land. She is so full of knowledge and love and just a true joy to be around ❤️

.....the turning over of a new leaf......
Woke up with the urge to see snow and something new this morning. With coffee in hand I decided to finally go to the "cup house".
Windy roads and a few creek bridges later, there it was. You can see where the water rose making its past presence known. Creek sand coating every crevice of the mugs simply hanging from a nail. Myself being surprised they themselves didn't wash away and thankful this place is still standing!!
A quick trip up the mountain in search of said snow ended up turning into a tasty bite at . If you're lucky enough to have Trey working, you'll end up with awesome conversation ta boot!
I jumped over to the amazing to add a spoon to my wrist, that has more meaning than I choose to touch on 😉
Snow coated every walkway and building top and I just can't keep the Florida girl in me from feeling like a kid. I live for snowballs and sledding and hearing kiddos mutter around.
We live in the most magical place. It's not just North Carolina that I love. It's truly living in Lenoir and being SO CLOSE to so many things. It's nature, art, local spots run by good natured souls and everything in between that will make this 40 year old feel like I live in a damn dream!! No matter what may go on in my life, personally or business related 😂😘
I love this life we GET to live!!
We have one job when we're born, and that's to take care of the human body we are born into.....(Of course that one job becomes many as we grow and create versions of ourselves via offspring etc.)....It's honestly time I started to realize my first "job in life" and that feeling will truly make you wake up and notice what's been around you the whole time.
I'm excited the boys come home tomorrow and can't wait to see where this life of ours is going. I love this town and the folks who are like family to me(insert almost every town person's name here because you all make me feel like this 🫶).
I'm truly excited to try and make an actual difference on this planet and one baby step at a time, by YOU as my witnesses lol, it's gonna happen 😍🫶😘🎉🥳♥️☃️

For all you beautiful humans asking me how to make this or that, I am going to start posting all the ingredients (to the best of my ability 🤓) along with the "recipe"
Keep in mind, I "eyeball" everything 😂. Cooking is learning to taste, and adjust what's needed based on what YOU think tastes great!!
Let's first talk salad dressing....my version of the "Olive Garden Dressing to be exact 😉
👇For approx. a quart👇
👉I grab any container with high sides so I can use my electric stick blender and make life oh so easy. You can grab one at any store or
👉Into said container add:
Cup of apple cider vinegar
Cup of red wine vinegar
Cup of oil
Half cup of honey
Half cup of dukes mayo
Half cup of asiago/parmesan/Romano cheese
Sprinkle of (kosher salt, fresh cracked black pepper, red pepper flakes)
A good bit of granulated garlic, granulated onion(not onion powder)
Dried parsley and dried oregano(like a really good shake 😉)
👉Hit it with the stick blender and taste. If it needs more honey add it. Needs salt cool, add that too
Basically, these are the ingredients I use. Items like honey are natural products that do not actually always taste the same :) Taste your food. Don't measure. Have fun and create something YOU like 😘

For those looking towards a "lighter" January 😉 our deconstructed salads are sure to help you make it through the week!!
Scratch Made Dressing, Shaved Parmesan and Croutons are always on the side
(substitute seasoned pepitas in place of croutons for less carbs/GF option)
The salad is layered so half way through all the lovely toppings reappear 😍
Stays fresh for a week and is perfect on it's own or paired with any protein for dinner 🫶
Most of my regulars tell me they can get about 10 normal sized salads from this large one 🤔 Either way, I love making them and always feel "better" after eating one 😆

The universe has a funny way of making you wake up and take notice.....
The past six months, (and if I'm truly being honest, the past 3 years for me) have personally been a rollercoaster. Good. Bad. Up. Down. EVERYONE from WNC to FL to Malawi, Africa have had, seen and are still going through some sort of hardship 😔
I have a tendency to talk to my Dad (via my thoughts of course), whenever I'm unsure of what I'm doing. I ask him to send signs. To basically, be slapped across my face by them because I truly don't want to "read into" anything lol.
The old saying "time heals everything", while true, is 100% one of the hardest things to be patient and just allow to happen 😆🤷🤦
With the New Year approaching fast I feel my heart growing even bigger than before. I have a calmness in my life that I haven't had in a while and with that comes new energy!!(Like I didn't have enough already 😂)
It's crazy the opportunities that arise when you allow yourself to not think within a box. To see the true needs of not just those around you but across the world!!
As "Hallmark"as it may seem, I will never stop loving this small town of fun loving, business owning, local supporting, community driven individuals!!🫶

While it may seem as silly as a fortune cookie to you. I read it with true intent. As if it were magically sent to me, at the right moment just when I started to allow my thoughts to question what's really true.
I'm an Old School 😉😉 romantic and that's true with all aspects of my life. From kiddos, to the community, to friends and family. I will always feel truly blessed to be exactly where I'm meant to be at this time in my life ❤️

Spiced Nuts, Scratch Made Pickles, Stuffed Olives, Jam, Mostarda, Honey Mustard, Crackers on the side in a cute Gingerbread Bag 😉, Holiday Skewers, Keepsake Gingerbread Man Wooden Spoon, selection of Charcuterie Meats, Brie, Dill Havarti, 18 month Aged Parmesan, and Cranberry Sharp White Cheddar. Extra Holiday treats to fill the tray, I'm just not 100% certain on what I want to make lol. We wrap your trays in a cute bag to make transporting easier 🤓
