I do not keep things "on hand" and "usually" need at least 48 hours notice for anything you would like to order.) I don't use a set catering menu and would rather create someth

ing special to your taste and event needs. All of our caterings are picked up here at the shop (I can sometimes deliver if I do not have other caterings at that time). For weddings and special events, I would LOVE for you to use my nice platters and chafing dishes, as long as you return them clean and unbroken. Otherwise, I will display everything on our disposable platters to make clean up a breeze for you. I can work with almost any food allergy/preference and truly just specialize in fresh tasty food that's affordable.

Once a year I have the opportunity to do a 7 Course dinner with my friends and and to say it’s one of my FAVORITE nights, would be an understatement 🫶
My shop is like my home. It’s full of memories of opening up as a restaurant, live music, celebrations, almost losing it all through Covid and pulling through ALL because of the amazing humans in this town!!
This town is MAGIC!! We might not have “everything” but that’s how we keep all the “other kinds of folks” from moving here 😆 😂
For those who know me, know one thing. I’m ADHD spastic with a love of humans, good food, being yourself and not waiting till tomorrow to take a chance on today!!
So, thank YOU to all the amazing humans (including my incredible Mama Dukes and two sons Pumpkin & Bear), who have continued to show up and support me and all the things I dream up of doing❤️

For those like me who crave salty snacks all day over sweets 😉 Any style chicken salad on a cracker make for a perfect high protein low carb yummy in your tummy option 🎉
Wasa crackers don’t change the glycemic reaction in your blood the way any other cracker does. Meaning, all you low carb/diabetics out there, THIS cracker is for YOU!!!

Thought I’d go ahead and reshare this recipe since SO many folks have been reaching out wanting to make it 🫶 Cheers to your health from my kitchen to yours🥰
Nature’s Amoxicillin 🤓👇
2 c. ACV
Whole Pineapple peeled
6” Ginger
1T. Ground Turmeric
9 Garlic Cloves or equivalent paste
3 Med Onions
4 Lemons or 6T. Juice
3 tsp. Black Pepper (fresh ground)
3T Honey
3T. Cayenne Pepper
Pulse everything together. Strain out the pulp. Store in the fridge and take a shot every morning and night 🙌

OH, and if you love to cook Asian, Thai, Chinese style foods. The pulp is really great for a lot of dishes 🎉 You can freeze it in ice cube trays, dump the cubes into a ziplock bag and have it available whenever 😉

I entered the for a chance to win 100k to help kickstart a nonprofit organization I started called M.E.O.W.👇❤️
If it weren’t for allowing me to travel with them to Malawi this past September, I NEVER would have come up with M.E.O.W.
I never would have known what a small fix to a current problem could actually do in the surgical world. Being “non medical” and “just a cook”, made me think, “what can I really do to help?”
The Medical Equipment Organization Worldwide (M.E.O.W.) will help third world countries properly receive medical equipment. We handle the changing of electrical wiring/having the proper plug for the outlets where the equipment will be sent. Work with local doctors in the country to know what equipment is needed. Then work with a team of doctors who train the locals on how to use the equipment while creating “how to’s” in the language where the equipment is being sent. We will provide photo documentation of the equipment being used so that the gracious donaters can share the good news of what they helped do!!
Currently, donated equipment ends up never being used by the third world country because... 1.The local doctors aren’t trained in how to use it. 2.They have no clue what it’s even used for. 3.Doctors take the equipment for their own private practice in that country. 4. The equipment was never properly outfitted for the electrical currency/outlets so it can’t be used and the list goes on!!
