Owned by Iron Spring Farm, Inc and bred by Martin Dodt in Germany, Florianus II is a son of one of the most popular and prolific sires of the modern era, Florestan I. Florianus successfully participated at the
2003 Bundeschampionat in Warendorf and the 2004 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden before moving into the FEI Levels. As one of Karin Rehbein’s youngsters, he finished the 2005 show season at the age of seven showing Intermediate II. Florianus made his North American debut in 2009 by winning the Grand Prix at Dressage on the First Coast. He won five Grand Prix classes in 2009 and in 2010, Florianus placed third in the FEI Test of Choice at the WDC Holiday Challenge. Florianus II is standing at Iron Spring Farm in Coatesville, PA.
