Teasing is our love language in The Lewes Room but the truth is that the day Jess wandered in was our lucky day. From the beginning, she showed an aptitude and a passion for customer service. Since then, she has learned so much and grown so much, professionally and personally. She is always willing to fill in, help out and get the job done, and I’ve never heard her say, “that’s not my job.” We could not be more proud.
