Not a bad day at the drags. 13 hour round trip and we are back home from the final race of the year, the NHRA North Central Division 3 Fall Classic. Made our way down to 4 cars before the driver let go a little too early. Awesome day of racing and happy I decided to go. The open trailer life isn’t so bad, and man is it easy to get around. It’s been an awesome year and I can’t wait for 2025.

It was a fun weekend for us up at Summit Motorsports Park. On Monday Dad told me I could drive the Cuda if I wanted, and like any smart kid I said yes before he could change his mind. We got to third round both days of the main event before falling to one bad dude, Shaun Bemiller. Good races man. We will be heading out to St. Louis for the final stop on the D3 tour but first I will get a little practice at the final Buckeye Stock / Super Stock Drag Racing Series combo race this Saturday at National Trail Raceway. Thanks for the sweet ride pops. Here’s a video our time trial on Saturday morning.

After a kind of last minute decision while riding down to the OSU football game yesterday, I decided to come up to Kilkare raceway for the Buckeye Stock / Super Stock Drag Racing Series final race. We had some luck and got down to 3 cars today before getting a little too aggressive and turning it -.013. I’m happy I went and got to support the final race of the series. We will be back in a couple weeks for the Mopar race at Norwalk with dad wheeling the red Cuda. Thank you to everyone who helps us and supports us.

ISO : 25-27” front runners or 28x9 rear slick or radial. Nothing that’s dry rotted but need a decent set of used tires. I only have $1800 in this car and not looking to spend $500 on tires

After getting washed up and loaded up we got into Beech Bend Raceway Park late last night with Steven Dziorny Racing. We are just waiting on Jake Howard to arrive for another great weekend with the gang. We will get warmed up for the divisional with the Clay Jones Memorial 5k combo race. Hoping to get some luck back on our side after an early exit in Indianapolis. Thank you to everyone who keeps us going back home.

Well race fans we made the trip over to Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park for the third stop of the Division 3 tour. We had an early exit after a great first round race with Brent Darroch that just didn’t end up going our way. A little head wind and a miss dialing of the car didn’t help my cause. We will be back at it in 3 weeks to head to Beech Bend Raceway Park, but first….we will make a pit stop for the Mopar nationals. There will be a new driver for Wyche Motorsports in a very nice red Cuda.

The Long Post:

This weekend after coming off a semi final I was hoping to keep the momentum rolling at our home track for the JEGS SPEEDWeek 2024. With rain all day Wednesday the schedule got a little messed up and with one time trial and go we were able to sneak by first round but then losing a good race to eventual winner Caleb McFarland. Who was on fire for the Jegs Sportsnats.

Roll into the divisional race with one time trial as well. We were able to get two red lights in rounds 1 & 2 to help us advance. Every round after, I tried my best to hit the tree and drive the stripe tight. Some how we survived being only decent on the tree all weekend. Every round I came back and told my dad “I can’t hit the tree to save my life”, his only response was “keep doing what you’re doing it’s working”. I never thought I would win a Wally being .077 on the tree not once but twice….but when it’s your day it’s your day.

Thank you to my mom and dad for traveling around and supporting me in this racing endeavor, my uncle Leonard for all the mechanical help and all the racing advice, Bob Marshall, Craig, Kevin, and Brenda and every one at Eastland Crane and Towing PUCO # 111349-P for all the help and holding things down while I was gone. Steven Dziorny Racing for all the help and support over my stock eliminator career, Rodney Kaekel, Jake Howard, Emily Thacker, Cory L Cox, Claire, snd Hayden for all the help each round. Thank you to so many more for cheering us on from home, the list could go on and on.

Im glad we got the first wally out of the way, now it's time to enjoy the chase for #2. We will be at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park for the next stop on the NHRA North Central Division 3 tour. See everyone then.

What another great weekend at Summit Motorsports Park. We got down to 4 today before we ripped it one too many times to end up on the wrong side of a great semi final race. I’m excited to get to Columbus for Jegs Speedweek in a couple weeks. Thank you for all the texts and support from all my friends and racing family. See everyone in a couple weeks.

Day one is almost complete here at the 2024 Summit Racing Equipment Nationals. We had 3 good runs and we will have 1st and 2nd round tomorrow morning. It’s going to be a good weekend with all our friends here at Summit Motorsports Park. We will see everyone in the morning

Well not exactly what we were looking for second round this weekend. A little off on the dial and the driver thinking he had a couple in his pocket lead to being .004 behind. All in all a good weekend and l was happy to get out to a new track for the whole Wyche Motorsports crew. We will head to Summit Motorsports Park for the 1st stop on the NHRA North Central Division 3 tour for the year in a couple weeks to try it again. Always glad to be racing along side Steven Dziorny Racing this year.

Well after an unfortunate incident. The second qualifying run was cancelled tonight. We will be getting Q2 in the morning after super street. Then rounds 1-3 later in the day. Thank you to NHRA North Central Division 3 and NHRA for giving the sportsman cars there second qualifying run in the morning. Looking forward to a great Saturday.

After Q1 we are sitting #43 out of 53 cars. After some slight timing issues our second run was pushed back until after the second professional session. Looking to stay after it!

Well day 1 here at Route 66 raceway has ended in a little rain, some new tires on the racecar, and some good sights. We are ready and parked for Day 1 here in Joliet for the national event. Mom and dad decided to make the trip and we are just waiting on Steven Dziorny Racing to get here. We will see what tomorrow brings.

We are all set up and ready for the first time run in the first race of the Buckeye Stock/Super Stock series. We came up to Dragway 42 last night to make a test run to make sure everything was ready. Looking forward to a great day with the racing family.

Parts call

I have exhausted all the options for finding a passenger 1/4 for the duster. Would anyone happen to have one or know where a nice new one is? I’m being told there may not be another run of good 1/4’s until 2025-2026. I got almost everything else, I will post the list of what I need. Any help is appreciated, not looking to cut one off of another car

Well after much deliberation with me, myself and my wallet I decided to withdrawl from the Gatornationals. With a new engine and driving 15 hours I didn’t feel like being rushed. After a lot of lessons last season it was a tough decision to make but the right one for me. There’s no doubt they will be able to get the sportsman done and completed but it just may be at a rapid pace. I will wait a week and maybe head south for another fun race on the schedule, only time shall tell
