On behalf of Adam and myself it’s been a huge, humbling, and rewarding experience for us to be a part of Derby Days for the second year.

We had return customers and new customers and could not have been more grateful for the interactions and future consultations.

We sold out of 16 # of green beans Friday and #16 pounds of corn on Saturday before dinner. Repeat people coming back and buying more just a few hours later with both chicken and pork. And we ran out of several gallons of craft sauces to even put on sandwiches.

Wow.

New sauces!

#1- Korean BBQ.
This an another labor of love! Slow simmered and has all the flavors you’d expect plus purred Asian pear. 🍐 this is not a dipper.
It’s reduced and thick meant to be a brush on or a drizzle at the end! Or if it’s your jam, dip away. Who am I to tell you 💚

#2- Hawaiian
A sweet and sassy kinda spicy jar of deliciousness. Fresh pineapple blended into this beaut with puréed pineapple also inside.
This is recommended to use however you want!

Once they are labeled, they are ready for a good home!

Spicy is next on the list. Peach bourbon has been requested a few times but I’m not finding any good peaches. So I have an idea up my sleeve I’ll show tomorrow 🍑🍗
