About last night... This buffet was pretty much my dream menu! Beef tenderloin in a mushroom demi glacé, bruschetta chicken, rosemary pork tenderloin, roasted potatoes, macaroni & cheese, and Parmesan garlic broccoli. Yum!! 😍😍

AND, because of their generosity, we're able to offset significant costs of the event, which helps us direct more of our fundraising results back into the mission of DIG. 💯
