We had a great time out at Red Barn Farms for a beautiful wedding at this gorgeous venue this past Saturday. The new Mr. & Mrs. Briney treated their guests to a Hawaiian buffet of our fan favorite Whole Smoked Pig (the kids reactions were priceless), Hawaiian Macaroni Salad, Jasmine Rice, Field Green Salad, Hawaiian Rolls and an array of sauces to choose from for their pork and rice. Thanks to our two carvers Tanner and Zach for keeping up with the 200+ crowd.

Congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Cupp!! This sweet couple had the sweetest reception which was cleverly decorated with an English garden feel of terracotta pots full of wildflowers, candlelight and twinkle lights, with a color scheme of ivory and shades of green.
This couple definitely treated their guests to an array of food! Appetizers of fresh fruit and veggie platters, creamy Spinach & Artichoke Dip accompanied with Naan Rounds, Teriyaki Chicken Skewers and BBQ Meatballs. Dinner was our popular Pork and Chicken Buffet. Then to top off the festivities, those hungry dancing guests were thrilled to see some late night snacks of Queso and Chips, and all the fixings to build their own Brisket Mini Sliders.
It was our absolute pleasure serving you and your guests and being a part of your beautiful day. Thank you for choosing us!

Who has some of the nicest employees working for them? That would be the Coleman Oil Company. They were not shy sharing with us their compliments to our culinary team, their appreciativeness for us serving them, or their laughter, smiles and jokes while going through the buffet line.
Our whole smoked pig is always a highlight of any event, but when accompanied with our decadent Baked Mac n Cheese, Creamy Twice Baked Mashed Potatoes and our savory Baked Beans it takes this whole pig buffet to a new mouthwatering level.

Congratulations to the happy couple, Megan and Dwaine! These two along with their family and friends were just the most sweetest and gracious people ever.
Their beautiful wedding took place at Twin Creeks Weddings and Events which is a gorgeous and serene venue. Fresh fruit, veggies and a trio of hummus were served as guests waited for the newlyweds. Street Tacos were on the menu tonight, unless you were one of the creative guests that made mile high nachos!
We didn't get the name of the baker, but the sweets table looked scrumptious!

We had the best time last night catering to the guests of Basalt Cellars Winery. The winery hosted an evening of highlighting their wines paired with specific dishes. We were honored they asked us to come up with menu items to showcase. Thank you Basalt Cellars!!!

The perk of being part of our hospitality team is being able to travel to beautiful and unique venues for wedding receptions. This past Saturday, we were so fortunate to cater three weddings. One was held at a hangar at the Lewiston Airport, another at the Palouse Knot Barn in Colfax, and lastly a private residence in Orofino.

NAIA! NAIA! NAIA! The kick off to the NAIA World Series launched last night at the NAIA banquet for all the players, coaches and community members. This is one of our favorite events of the year because the room is consumed of young adults full of excitement, positivity, possibility and camaraderie.
Guests were treated to scrumptious Bite Size Steak, flavorful penne pasta, salad, rolls and decadent mashed potatoes....Wowza! Those boys love the potatoes!
Shout out to our culinary team for preparing Bite Size Steak on site for 500 guests, and to our event staff that rocked servicing the buffet and room with ease and efficiency.

Experienced PREP COOKS needed to join our culinary catering team! If you, or someone you know, have skills and experience in a restaurant kitchen and up for a new challenge of working in a catering kitchen, then our prep cook position may be right for you! This would start as a part time position with the possibility of it maturing into full time. Must be a person with a can do attitude, works well under pressure and with others, loves to work in a team atmosphere and a drive to learn. Ability to work Saturdays is required. Schedules will vary based on the amount and types of events booked each week. At least 6 months of food service experience is required.

We are looking for a couple dynamic individuals with a bright and cheery personality, great customer service skills, positive attitude, quick learner, team player, loves hard work, and has an open schedule during the week and weekends to join our Hospitality and Event Staff team. Must be able to work breakfast, lunch and dinner events.
Our Hospitality and Event Staff team work a variety of events throughout the Lewiston community as well as Pullman, Moscow, Orofino and more. The type of events include weddings, graduations, college department events, birthdays, memorials, corporate lunches/dinners and the list goes on.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required. Age 20 and older.
